Saw the multiple posts on the cliff notes thread from that guy. Said he was gonna keep posting it making people think there was new information.

Honestly, I am all Gruden, but I have no problem with people who don't bellieve, or who question what they are told...believe what you want to. None of the OG's really give a d*mn whether people believe them or not, and have said so on multiple occasions.

What I do have a problem with are posters who post negative posts, abuse the thread guidelines, and make a nuisance of themselves simply because they think we're wrong...

Can you imagine getting that worked up about what is posted on a message board that you don't agree with???

I can just imagine them sitting at their keyboards, faces locked in a rictus of helpless anger and misguided, angst-ridden indignation because "somebody on the internet is WRONG!"...tears streaming down their faces and emitting a high pitched keening from between clenched teeth...rocking back and forth in front of their computers banging away at the keyboard, spelling be d*mned, as they pound out their frustration anonymously.

Dorks.

So glad I simply believe. Life is so much better on this side.

For me it takes a lot more courage to put the info out there then the harm from people who want to doubt everything they say. No one who has posted "insider" info is a kid looking for e-cred.

Have I missed something with Gruden? Was he ever an outstanding college coach or is everybody basing his success because he won the Super Bowl with a team Tony Dungy built and then was ultimately fired from? Hell if all we want is a name, Joe Gibbs is still alive.

I look at that the same way I look at the Shannon deal, it was not false information or a shot in the dark, it was all but done and then somebody nixed it. Dooley nixed Shannon deal, pretty much any 1 of the "3 amigos" backing out could have cause all three to change. Just like Santos and Peters randomly changing schools last second.

That's where I stand with Gruden, deal is gonna happen unless a huge wrench nixes the deal. Who's the wrench? Gruden? Lamonte? Cheeks? I dunno, but I hope it gets done.
