Your picks are mine. This gruden deal is real fishey. It's not logical that the control issues were not spelled out in the beginning. It makes you think the whole concept of "done deal" was fake. Some folks may be changing screen names soon.

One thing that comforts me in this is how desperate I think that everyone involved is to win.. And fast.. The program can't wait around on an up and comer this time.

I keep believing Gruden will be here just because of a handful of guys in here. They have been pretty accurate so far and given me no reason to doubt them. If Gruden doesn't happen it will suck but its not going to effect my lively hood so no reason not to go all in. Season is over and the only game left is the waiting game.

We aren't going to drop big money for guys like golden or strong, if we have to hire someone other than Gruden or Stoops, Strong gets my vote. Defensive minded and Fishers teams have been less than impressive.

Though the time to pick a coach is more important than recruiting, I do believe Hart should use the recruiting schedule to his advantage.

So to wait until Dec 10 to me makes no sense, since the first few days will be spent looking for staff, you have little time for contacting recruits. Hart did mention the coaching awards, so you could be right. Just does not make sense to me to wait that long if it has already been decided.
