I do not disagree with anything you said about Tyler, but will add that work ethic and mental preparedness reflects leadership.

He could benefit from that, but could also have an almost rookie O-Line and unproven wide receivers and the toughest schedule in several years/

IF Tyler does stay, it would be because of Gruden. Thats the only reason I give him staying a 10% chance. I think Gruden will be in his ear from minute 1 about staying.

I agree with you. I honestly wouldnt be hurt if he left. Next yrs schedule is brutal and I am excited to see a Peterman/Worely QB battle. Personally im more excited about Nathan I think he will do great things at UT. Would love to see him win the job and take his lumps, especially with that schedule next season Gruden would deserve coach of the yr if he could pull a 7-5 out of that. Hopefully we have a True FR Derrick Green pounding the rock and developing the next set of stud WR's.
