Found this on an AR duck hunting forum.

"Here is my take. It was mentioned on the Buzz that the coach was an ex NFL coach and there were two.Fact: Close associate of mine had a picture of Jerry Jones private jet at the Tampa Bay airport yesterday morning: and this is pure speculation on my part, to pick up Butch Davis who is a consultant for the Buckaneers. As far as I know Gruden is also the man. Maybe Long is going to announce the new HC and D coordinator after the LSU game "

I laughed at the fire Jon Gruden thread. Idiots. Thanks for all the replies.

Oh and a guy I work with came out to the remote site today and said someone was on the animal this morning giving volnation.com down the road. Heard anything on that? Said the animal crew pretty much blew him off.

Don't expect Gruden to come to campus until he is named HC (if he is). He has been here before (last year for the clinic and got the full tour then). So any report he is on campus I would not believe; for future reference

That's what kills me. As unbelievable as hiring Gruden would be, it's actually more sensible and just as plausible as any other coach out there.

Alright, I yield. I was at <1% chance of us getting Gruden before. There's enough chatter now from a lot of sources for me to move it up to <25%.

Still a doubter. But I'm starting to be swayed...
