Most of the skepticism I read seems to come from posters who have been on the edge all along. Those of us who have been solid remain solid.

I have NO INSIDE information, other that Boro, SBV, DTO etc. and of course Gman.....but until they come on here and say it is over, something changed or some sort... I am believing we got Gruden

There will be issues of course with contracts and many things to iron out... always are but, last report I got was we have an agreement in principle and when all is done, Gruden is our coach..

Public figures often purchase property using Trusts or holding companies to specifically prevent people from looking up their address on public record.

That is what stupid rich people do like Vince Young and other morons who don't know how to make there money last or how to use there money to make more money. Vince young is a prime example of this and i dont see gruden falling into the same caliber of idiots as vince young. Second its not in sevier county that he owns land its in jefferson county here is the link Tennessee Property Data - Selection List. you may have already know this and if you do then you are right he does not own land in sevier county but jefferson county is a different story.

I hope you, Boro, SBV, Gman, and the others have a similar response saved somewhere, so you can just copy and paste. :jpshakehead: It has to be tiresome to answer the reassurance question, over and over. Until I hear otherwise, I promise not to ask how confident any of you are. No offence to the last one to ask.

Seriously though,part of me was wishing that I wouldn't said anything about the celebrating, but then the other part of me has no regrets..:thumbsup:

Hope you and others are proven right when all is said and done Coastypop. The waiting game, with nothing official to back up the insiders optimism is what makes everyone crazy.
