Simply another shot at Arkansas.

Nothing to see here as far as UT is concerned.
The 104.5 morning show pisses me off. They had Gruden teed up with Mort, who seemed willing to elaborate, and they shut him down after the Arky comment. Wychek set the convo up by speculating that San Diego was a probable destination for JG and then it drifted to other teams then bam they shut him down.

Wow. They are putting a muzzle on things. This is from NBC Sports, folks. No mention of Vols, but just how far this thing will be kept quiet.

ESPN removes reference to Jon Gruden leaving from PTI broadcast | ProFootballTalk

Pretty sure that King's comments on Gruden specifically relate to what SBV was talking about the other day when Joe Shad came out to say "Gruden is committed to MNF & ESPN"....there's no substance.

If what King said about ESPN brass being "miffed" about Gruden potentially leaving one year after they benched Jaws to give JG full-control of MNF...then ESPN may not break this story.

In fact, I'll bet it's leaked elsewhere then made "official" when ESPN releases a statement.

SBV...I know you're lurking. Am I close??

He was in Canada and said he couldn't post often, plus he said he didn't like to handle all the nagging, doubtful questions...

cant say I blame him,Boro,SBV,OV or any of the others....must have the patience of Job

they just post what they believe to be very reliable info
from a source in the know and half the posts, especially in JG I & II were all the Debbie Downers trying to squash everything...what if the OG's are right?props to you guys for letting us know early...what if they are wrong,so be it,its been a comical helluva ride...

I wont bash anyone for posting info they believe to be truthful, not talking about JimmyBobSueJunior rumors
and idiocy like Grudenville...

Is Hart really against hiring Gruden, the way the article states. I would really expect that to be a AD's fantasy. It would great on your resume to hire a coach that any other college team would consider nearly untouchable in the NCAA.

What ever news Tony hears that's what he goes with. He's like tree limbs blowing in the wind, blowing to and fro. Yesterday it's Gruden, today it's a host of guys, tomorrow will be someone else. He's not consistent. Plus, he's gotta get paid too.
