Ha ha. I remember the first time I tried chewing tobacco. I was around 10 I guess. I just had to have me a chew. And I got me one. Commenced to chew and spit everywhere. Vile tasting stuff, to say the least. Then I made the mistake of swallowing some of it. Yep, made me dizzy. And sick. The world started moving and I couldn't stop it. I stumbled around unt il I managed to fall down in a ditch. I laid there, flat on my back, looking up at the clouds moving around in the sky, which made me even sicker.

As close as I ever came to dying. I swore that if I lived thru this I would never chew tobacco again. And I kept my word.

I had similar experience with chewing tobacco. My little league team had a few that chewed. My dad did also and wanted to keep me from it. He gave me a chew and put me in the back of our van with windows that didn't open then went on a very curvey road. I swallowed a bunch of it and when we got home I puked forever. Everything was spinning and I swear I was green. I never touched it or cigarettes to this day. I also was told about hangovers so didn't taste alcohol till I was 26 and have only done that 2 times and I'm 45 now. I bated that feeling.

But seriously, I think we as a society are losing our ability to use proper grammar and spelling. With the advent of internet-speak, emoticons and an overall lack of concern for proof-reading and grammar as a whole, were losing our ability to spell good

I just wanted to let you all know that a friend's wife, who works at Tri-Cities Regional Airport, said Gruden was in Knoxville yesterday. This woman is in her late 50's and could care less about any of this stuff so I know she's not making it up.
