quoting my own post, so my contribution for the day is not forgotten :dance2: This guy said he called it back in the Spring that Dooley would be fired and replaced by Gruden. He said people thought he was crazy, but he still believes it.

A radio host on 1010 in Jacksonville just said he "really thinks" Gruden is the next Tennessee coach. He said that on air during the offseason and now says he still believes it. He said he knows there have been conversations.

They were discussing each SEC hot seat. Another guy said he expects Dooley to survive the season and then be fired.

I listen to 1010 in the car every day but cannot match names with voices. I think Rick Ballou is the one who's been calling Gruden to UT, but I could be wrong.

EDIT: It was either Rick Ballou or Frank Frangie. It was their show. I thought it was Rick when I heard his voice again later, but I am reading on their website that Frank has an SEC show on Thursdays with Jimmy Hyams of all people, lol. So, maybe it was Frank.

Understand that the Haslam's are gonna get what they want. Bill is the Governor, Jimmy is big donor and owner of Browns, Daddy Jim is on the board (I think) big donor and the big swingin dick around there.

Haslam's don't like Cheek and have the authority to remove him. Haslam's want Dooley gone (along with many others). Hart knows not to piss off this powerful family. He wasn't the choice of the Haslam's. he knows this. He is gonna do whatever it takes to get this done.

My 2nd child was 3.5 lbs. There was a 16 oz. baby in the NICU at the same time. I agree. It make you appreciate everything you have. Volatil, I teach A&P. I have a lot of students that go to Madison for the CRNA. Best of luck to you! :rock:

Thanks. It's really competitive now. I have my critical care experience. Next phase is applying and interviewing.

Everything that Jay, boro, OV and myself has happened (with the exception of Dooley being publicly fired after USCe). Don't know why that changed.
