Very well stated. We can't complain about them coming in here if we do the same thing.

It's kind of like the political scene these days. Sorry, no politics.

Grude morning, Volnation! I've been very optimistic and believed this deal was done but with all these poor saps being negative nancys saying it's a no go, has me feeling in the dumps. Grudometer is dropping.

I said on Sunday that the disinformation campaign would be in high gear this week. Whether we end up with Gruden or not, this narrative seems too controlled. Get your heads up, VN.

Waiting for Currie/Gruden to say it ain't happening.
Until then I am looking at JAV's post as nothing more than another much-needed purging of the Gruden thread.

Everything that made me truly believe this was legit and what made sense to me is still in place. I'm still aboard the train. I was here in 2012 so I remember it vividly.

Ok, so I know I am new to the forum, and only have a few random posts. But this is what I think will happen if JG is really a "NO"

Either, JG will release a statement saying he is not interested in coaching the Vols and is not considering (which yes, could be smoke just like a Saban statement)

or

Curry will come out and say, we are not considering JG as the next HC for UT Football. I believe he would say it this way if JG turned down an offer to save face for the university, and would later, after the next coach is hired, leak out what actually transpired (i.e. JG turned down the offer).

Everyone has "sources" but there is no way to really figure out who really knows whats going on.

So...until one of these two statements happens...

GRUDEN TO THE HILL!!!
