I'm on the Big Orange Train with a whole bunch of good people. The real workers lay the track, the conductor could be the biggest BS'er as we've just witnessed for the 3rd time. Our boosters tired of it too. Just need a man to instill it into our players. Doesn't have to be a rock star.

I'm full Grude though, and to be honest, I think the idea of building a dynasty and taking down Saban excites Gruden. He's an awfully competitive guy, and you couple that with Saban gaining in age and the succes he has already sustained, you have to think Saban won't be around much longer. Especially if Gruden and Kelly join the fold. He could be the one to rule the SEC for a decade if he chooses to come here, and I'm sure Gruden is aware of that.

I think Saban wants 1 more natty, just to tie Bear Bryant, then he will hang it up. I mean what else could be driving his motivation at this point? Guy has it all. He’s done it all. It’s got to be that Bear Bryant natty total he’s chasing.

Hopefully he gets it this year and retires and goes away.

Then we start our own dynasty from the ashes just like Bama did 10 years ago.

For what it’s worth. My season tickets are right in front of Guarantanos aunt. Can ask her on Saturday and see if she has remotely heard anything through Jarrett if you guys would like.

Ok I'm still back on page 99 (50 post/pg)

You can really tell who hasn't been in here for the whole ride. Every time a "NO" comes up posters desert Gruden left and right. If you don't like the weather, just wait and it will change

Understand that about Gruden. He's been fired, he knows how it feels. It sucks. Coaching is a fraternity and he wants them to be able to put their best foot forward. In my mind, this necessitates an announcement after Saturday sometime.

The problem is all the buzz. Blackburn, Hargis, and Brice have all turned the dial to 11. And the only way to turn it back down is to step on it hard. Which has happened tonight.

Had a friend in high school that drank Dickel and Doc (Dr. Pepper) because he thought it sounded cool. Drank it with him once... once.
