I have a serious question. When Gruden is named HC, the people who did not believe he would come will then scream he'll be a horrible coach. If there are any psychiatrist on this thread....What is the reasoning behind this?.... I can guarantee that's what will happen.

No because then if it’s Gruden they will owe a huge payout. They lower the line to minimize the risk.

I hate Hyams. He needs to be removed from the Tennessee football program. His information has been completely opposite of what Brice, MIT, and others are saying. How can there be such a disconnect? On one hand we have a contingent of power boosters and Currie in Tampa courting Gruden, and on the other nobody is interested and the best we can do is Mike Norvell. Wow.

Thoughts on Atlantic Beach vs Neptune Beach? I really like that area and I really hate winter! Always tempted to move there.

Awesome. They are basically the same place. Neptune is only about a mile long, and both are minutes from Jax beach. If you have some money, there are some nice, established beach neighborhoods in AB.

We live in Nocatee, technically a PV address about 6 miles from PV Beach. Awesome, newer community. Growing fast.
