Anything of this magnitude is going to take time. Theres a lot to consider and a ton of moving parts.

here's the thing though...if Gruden is the guy we won't take no for an answer from, then what on Earth are we holding back on?
if he is "that guy" then TN just keeps saying YES, until it's time to say no.
but the reality is there really shouldn't be that much left to negotiate on that are true sticking points for this deal to get done, if it is as far along as we think it is.
and if it's that close, and the deal does get done/has been done in the last/next 48 hours, then you would announce it as soon as you possibly could.
so if all this stuff is true, and he is going to sign, then i'd expect something announced by Monday at the very latest. and if it's not, then i'd say it's not gonna happen, and either Gruden was never in play as has been reported, or he flat turned us down, and got cold feet. cause there's no way we got up from the table and said "no deal" this time around if what we're being told is true.
