No joke my wife has GBM. For those that don't know she has terminal brain cancer. Chances are she won't be here by the end of next season. But it would make it all the difference in the world if Gruden became captain of this vessel. Anyone that knows me (not many on here) knows I've worked my ass off as a commercial fisherman, tree trimmer, and a butcher. I love my wife as much as I love UT and for her likewise. Come on Currie do me a solid! WE NEED THIS!

There has been a lot of questions tonight about Trolls due to BCarter's post to me, I consider him a trusted poster and I listen when he posts.... EVEN IF I DON'T AGREE WITH HIM ALL THE TIME..... I am convinced that there are some people in here trolling, however NOT ALL OF THEM ARE.... there are plenty of good honest people in here and I Believe the MOST of us want the same thing... GRUDEN and to win.

Just because I believe some ARE trolling does not mean I know they are or who they are all the time....IF I did I would call them out as such...

I do believe we have a LOT of things coming out that are good... ATLANAVOL posts, Sargis, Curries Smile, the VFLs that are tweeting, just to name a few..... there is enough smoke here to say Something is going on..... There is enough right that I am still at a comfortable 95% but NO ONE CAN EVER BE SURE until Gruden or NOT Gruden stands at the podium

Guys, the Mullen chodes are out in full force. Some are even saying they want him over Gruden if both are options. Is this real life? Or are they just trying to be edgy and controversial? No one could seriously think that, right?

I like Mullen myself. But this program needs more than competence at the present. It needs an injection of morale, credibility, and renewal on a level that only a true home-run hire can offer. It helps that Gruden is an adopted son of this program and comes with a level of charismatic appeal that Mullen will never approach.

This will end up being very similar to the Majors hire. It will have the same impact on us as his hire had on the fans back in 1977.

Given the superior faciities, squad talent, and recruiting base on offer at Tennessee now as compared to the mid-1970s, I think Gruden has the opportunity to get this program up and running far more quickly than Majors could back then.
