he back tracked a little on his original statements imo and said there is a 1 in 3 chance. If my math is correct that is 30%.

Actually went from that to 50/50 on finebaum. Said he had heard encouraging developments the last couple hours.

What's the summary? My first time in the thread today

1 - We got a non-denial denial from Gruden on Mike & Mike this AM.
2 - Stephen Hargis (Chattanooga Times Free Press) comes out with an article where he interviewed Dave Blackburn (former UTC AD) on record. Said Gruden is a viable candidate and Gruden would listen to Tennessee if asked. Blackburn knows Gruden back from their time in Knoxville in the 80s and apparently regularly keeps in contact with him. Hargis later goes on 105.1 The Zone radio show in Chattanooga and given Tennessee 3:1 odds on getting Gruden. About an hour later, this goes to 50/50 on Finebaum's show.
3 - Twitter pic appearing to show John Currie on a flight from Knoxville to Charlotte. Gruden was in Charlotte last night calling MNF.
4 - Brent Hubbs posts a message on the boards at Volquest saying he received a "message" that a deal was done and it was at $10m/year, but he could not confirm.

Yes, because he and more importantly the higher ups gave it the chance. They swung big, hit the hire and if he jumpes back to the pros maybe its because he's killin it here.

Only time at TYS going back to 10/4 was today. Flew from Nashville to Knoxville then Knoxville to Tampa. Yesterday it went from Lakeland FL to Chicago and then Chicago to Nashville.

Probably because it was a different plane. Wheels up is a private membership aviation company. Like a country club, you pay dues and use their planes whenever you want. They take care of the rest. Could have been a different wheels up jet on 10/14! Now if someone can find ALL the Wheels up jets and track those, that would be something!
