I am no insider and no reason for anyone to believe me. WIth that being said, I do a small radio sports talk show in my hometown. DUring the show tonight my cohost received do a message from a friend in Knoxville. The friend knows someone in the AD department. "As of an hour ago the deal with Gruden is done" (6:00 central time). He would have only confirm that Dale Jones is on the staff as of now. Says it will be announced during the next couple of days. Take it as you will but passing info along. Feel free to flame away

No, I don't get down on myself. Partly because I'm happy to say "duh me" when my light bulb takes a while to get going. I'm delighted when someone else brings something interesting!

I don't take myself very seriously, and I don't take others very seriously either. (This gets me in a lot of trouble at work. :))

^^^ don't hire an INTP if you don't know what you're getting into :wink2:

Just getting home and settled in, sounds like today was a very Grude day. Sounds like this is really starting to roll, this seems like it is happening!

That one may have been, but the several other ones are not. I don't have twitter, but go back about 25-30 pages and start scanning posts, you'll see the screen shots. Haynesworth was one, I know I know, but he wasn't the only legitimate one posted (legitimated defined as more than 100 followers) just the one I remember/recognized the most.

I have Twitter, I've seen the others. They are legit. So either they got together to troll us or Gruden is a done deal.

Either the Ex-players have all heard some good news, or if what i read this morning about Currie was going to try and push Gruden into signing today was true, maybe Gruden still wouldnt fully commit so as a ploy all these VFL's and a couple media members are releasing info that points to Gruden being a done deal without actually coming out and saying it to kinda put pressure on Gruden to sign.

As in, "either go around putting all these fires out, or just sign and lets announce this and get this thing going."
