Here's the oddness too, you have Doug Marrone who is doing very well in his current NFL head coaching job who supposedly sees Tennessee as a "destination" job and Hubbs and Hyams are now saying he's a candidate.

Then you have Gruden who says Tennessee is his dream job, one of 3 college jobs he'd ever take, hasn't coached in the NFL in a while, and has contacted VFLs about a job....but they'll believe it when they see it.
