There is absolutely nothing for him to gain by contacting them. Complete farce, and I can't believe people are actually entertaining that BS.

My thoughts, he would do very well. But would need a very strong staff to deal with the complexities of dealing with kids instead of grown men.

22-28 yr olds are still kids. You’re a former Marine. In your experience, how many young Marines in their 20s (without dependents) acted like grown men?

I will say this, if Gruden doesnt take the Tennessee job, then I really wish he would make an announcement to Tennessee fans. Just say that he appreciates the offer, but that he has no interest to ever coach at Tennessee.

Also, if he is using all of this as a means to just troll the UT fanbase or as leverage for something else, thats a ***** move. Not saying its not smart, just a jerk move.

We have an opening now so he could comment. Problem is Gruden has a Ego bigger than the whole state and he wont say anything and will just move on. He has np trolling the fan base.
