It seems like the TCU boards are worried about secret meetings with PM and Currie.

I'm starting to think that Patterson really is the plan B. And a comforting plan B at that.

Sorry if this has been hashed already- I'm well behind as usual and always catching up- but I also heard that Currie was in Dallas last week. Guy says Gruden hasn't contacted any coaches and it's absolutely untrue he has a shred of interest for UT job. Says that David Cutcliffe is on the Currie list. PJ Fleck is going to interview and be asked if he can beat Saban and that's the reason to look at him. Jimbo Fisher is willing to listen. (Ward and West say Jimbo couldn't take the heat here) No to Mullen. No to Frost.


They are giving this guy credibility. Unbelievable, then they wonder why people give them crap.

He replied to a post by volnugs saying that. I don't think he knows what is going on. The volnugs post had a link to footballscoop that said nobody has been contacted by gruden and gruden hasn't been contacted which is clearly 100 percent false

Yea...maybe not that random. Also, the email says it’s for “early reserve” and you can space out your donation over 10 months, etc. So it’s not like they are trying to get donations in advance and then drop a Bobo bomb on us or anything.

I know it's not the same thing but back in '10 when LeBron James was deciding whether to stay in Cleveland or go to Miami, the Heat suspended season ticket sales during that time. Of course, once he decided the Heat jacked the prices up. It would have been profitable to have snuck in and grabbed some on the "cheap."

Is spreading the donation out new? I know with my Bucs tickets they let you spread it out over 12 months if you want...of course they'll do anything to sell season tickets.

As was pointed out, Swain has been saying I'll believe it when I see it for a long time now. As in saying things like "Gruden is doing xxx but I'll believe he's the coach here when I see it."
