When another company calls about an employee that you want to get rid of, you tell the company that wants them they're the best employee ever and hate to see them go, but wish them the best. Right now you want another college or whatever to hire Butch to reduce his buyout. Don't keep him from getting hired elsewhere.

What’s wrong with that question? Pretty standard fare to ask if the AD is only going to consider those with head coaching experience or if he’s open to hiring a coordinator.

I agree that’s is a standard question with a lot of schools looking to replace a HFC, I just think that at this point with most UT fans that would not necessarily be a popular option at all. Maybe I’m wrong?
