Jon will treat Tennessee with respect but will not take the job. Whoever says otherwise isn't as connected as they claim. I really dont care if anyone believes me.

Thank you for your insightful and intelligent addition to this thread, it is folks like you that make me glad I am alive.... You must have much deep thought and great concern for our well being into this.... I can never thank you enough... and shall be forever in your debt.

Now you know the drill.... I best you can guess the initials I am thinking of .... can't you!

Ok so what happens if Butch is not fired tomorrow or Monday?

I’m thinking that is the clearest sign that Gruden is not wrapped up?! Otherwise why not make the change to preserve recruits and build excitement this season for next...

Tim Priest sounds like Bob Eucker tonight... I think he almost cussed out several players in the first half.

This guy leads the league in most offensive categories. He's got so much nose hair when he sneezes he looks like a party favor.

Depends. If we win tonight, then it’s no Indicator at all imo. If we lose, and he stays, panic.

Alright, this is enough. This team is terrible. Put Butch to bed, fire him. We're not going to win with or without him so at least let us get a head start on what our program's future will be. I cannot stand being this bad. It's year 5 and we cannot even compete with the bottom dwellers of the SEC. Hell we are the bottom dweller now. I understand injuries, which is a Butch issue anyways, but we have 50+ four and five star players compares to Mizzou's 11 and they are demolishing us.

What really hurt was reading what Hayden said on radio about the current state of Tennessee football. He said the reality is that Tennessee is now Vanderbilt and nobody wants to come here to play because you won't win a championship, instead you'll be fighting to get to 6-6 and a crappy bowl. He said he applauded Mays on decommitting because he deserves to play for a championship. Ouch.
