I sure as hell hope Gruden does come.

Even with a great coach this is going to be a two or three year rebuild minimum. You don't correct all the talent and player problems this team has in an off-season, this is a program rebuild we are looking at...... Again.

Time to be honest with ourselves.

Dooley was better than Butch. I don't give a **** if you don't agree. He was.

I think Dooley was much better at player development. But Butch is better recruiter. Dooley slightly better at game planning. Both equally awful at game management and in game adjustments. Both were budget hires and embarrassment to Tennessee tradition. Good news is brighter days are ahead!
