No I didn’t have anyone around today that could pump them. Changing pads shouldn’t put air in the line though right?

It can. And if they're spongy, it almost definitely did. You'll have to get someone to help you out. If I were close I'd come by and help out.

No way Rog is on twitter with the 140 character rule.

No.... just don?t believe that Butch will gone this weekend.... outside of a blowout by Mizzlou .... I hope I am wrong but not biting into the hype

I think a 3td+ loss will do it....probably.... but short of that I think he is here till the end of the season but what do I know.....

We need to eat like our grandparents. From the garden and the farm. Throw out the processed crap.

And I'm guilty as anyone. I know i need to change my diet but it's been hard the way I live and work. Buy I made some changes last week that should make it easier for me.

Yes, but work like them also. My Papaw's diet would horrify most nutritionists and yet he died peacefully in his sleep at 94 while not being sick a day in his life.

He could eat anything he wanted, could walk on his hands in his 80s, never fat, etc. You should have seen that man put away bacon, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuit, country ham, red eye gravy, and so on.

I do think everyone is different though and you have to learn how your body responds. For me, the contrast between a breakfast of gravy and biscuits vs one of plain Greek yogurt, blueberries and honey is startling. Papaw would have skipped breakfast if presented with the yogurt option, but I feel awesome after eating it.

No it shouldn't. Unless:
1. They disconnected the brake line from brake calipers for some reason.
2. You have a hole in break line. Check your brake fluid level to see if it's leaked down.

Wow. Others are saying the same. Imagine the money Big Pharma would lose on drugs like Plavix, Crestor and Lipitor if this stuff made it to the mainstream. Food for thought.

No grains = no bread, oatmeal, cereal type grains or that plus flour ground up type. Sorry for stupid question in the Gruden thread..

SOON!!

I have stayed away for a couple weeks and backed away from the discussion. Been busy with Scouts and work but this thread never disappoints.

From medical advice to auto mechanics; its a one stop shop!

Thanks now I am starving. Man some red eye gravy and country ham would hit the spot today.

That is exactly where I am with this... some of these folks set themselves up for disappointment each week and the roller coaster ride never ends for them

PS/ Good to see you back and trust you had a good time away with family
