That is the best article I've seen so far for handing someone who is interested in keto. Discusses D'Agostino among other key folks in the field ... especially the guy in FL who does work in this for DARPA.
Special Forces guys are saying that many/most of their community is keto now.

Man.. been a busy few days for me so I have barely been able to keep up.

I have had to move our possessions from our camper to a uhaul trailer and take them back down to Florida to a storage unit. I have driven from Tennessee to Florida twice this week and taking a day off. My significant other used to travel with me on the jobs but we had a baby so she stays home with her now.

First of all happy Veterans day to all my brothers in arms. I hope you have a great day filled with happiness.

Knuck, I wish you the best brother. My ex is crazy and did everything she could to keep me from my kids and the judge did nothing about it after going back to court. My oldest is 19 now and she has come back to me when she was old enough and my other one will too. Kids are smart and can see what is going on. I hope and pray you nor anyone else has to go through something like that. Prayers buddy.

And as far as the grumors, all I got to say about that is mf'ing soon!! I'm like a lot of y'all, it just feels different this time and I think it's gonna happen or has happened and we are just waiting for the hammer to drop.

My favorite is how Majors went to the bathroom at Tony Dorset’s house. Was in there while the family and Tony were waiting in the living room. Majors was in there for 45 minutes and stunk up the whole house. Lol.

Yup. It didn't seem like it at the time, but divorcing my first wife is the best thing that ever happened to me. I knocked it out of the park the second time around.

I don't know about DARPA, never met many of those folks (they are almost all civilian mad scientist types or bureaucrats with checkbooks, btw) ...

... but all the soldiers I ever knew, with all kinds of beret colors, with and without beards and long hair, were on see-food diets.

You burn as many calories as frontline soldiers do, and food is just fuel. You don't really think too much about it, just consume it. Kinda like fueling up the DeLorean in Back to the Future. :)

Yep. Here another one! I know Brandon Bennett here in SC. He played at USCjr and Cincinnati Bengals. He was a huge UT fan and was going to UT. I ask him 1 day on what caused that change as I was shocked when he signed with USCjr. He tells me that when he went to UT to visit with coach Majors and confirm his commitment to UT, he had his mother with him. They walked into Coach Majors office and Coach was drunk as a skunk. The moment his mother realized this she turned him around and they came back to Greenville. He committed to USCjr. the next day and the rest is history. BB is a great guy and coaching HS football now.

Man, this season has been long! and Saturdays are the longest! I'm beyond ready for a change - starting with CBJ dismissal. Mr. Currie, tear down that Jumbotron picture! Here's what I'd like to see up there.

Peyton has never coached on any level yet EVERYONE would be on board with him being HC. Yet Gruden has coached a team to winning the Super Bowl and there's still hesitation
