Everyone on Vol nation needs to email him.

We need to get his inbox with thousands of emails regarding the miserable officiating and how he is degrading the integrity of the SEC.

What gets me is not only is he sukin nutz, but the whole f-ing county thinks that the top tier/ranked teams can do no wrong. God forbid if UT talks crap about UF or Bama. He's just a puppet getting his strings pulled and pockets lined. POS.

Slive was in town recently to address (questions about reffing were discouraged) a civic group. Throughout the SEC's executive offices, the man is a rock star. Every year for the next 15 years, each SEC school will recieve $17.5 million in TV contract money. Every SEC school will have its football and basketball (and many women's programs) games on the tube and internet. The SEC is on the cutting edge of internet availability and other media. Money is rolling in and who really cares if reffing ends up determining the results of games as long as the SEC can dominate Nielson ratings on December 5. DI football is big business and Slive's job is to make sure that SEC football is the Exxon of the NCAA. As long as big money is driving the bus, you'll hear complaints from the coaches in the back of the bus but not a word from the administrations. They don't want to make Slive mad at them.

Slive is and has been on a power trip for some time. It is one thing to be the best conference in the country, but to be so arrogant that you cripple the teams by limiting scholarships beyond what the NCAA requires???? how stupid is that.

The guy is a first rate tool.

Alabama uses everything to win. Play clock in 2007 and headphones in 2009. SEC uses everything for Bama to win. No calls MT. Cody. While the SEC seems to tolerate Bama's cheating with its own cheating, the NCAA overturns Bama's wins in a few years. Phil 12 out of 15 and the only coach to beat them 7 years in a row. What a beat down. Take that Bama.:banghead2::banghead2:

Mike Slive is a douche. He is a puppet of Jeremy Foley of FU and Mal the Gal from AL...
I can't wait until UT wins the crystal trophy and Lane won't let him touch it... HA HA
