I got a copy this morning. I've played about an hour so far and I'm about to start another session in a few minutes.

The game looks pretty darn cool. Islands appear to be huge. Subtle touches like different GPS systems among the cars is indicitive of the little things that make GTA so great. Radio stations are crazy as usual.

Don't want to ruin this for anyone so I wont say too much. I also wont be trying the online stuff until I buy my retail copy on Tuesday.

Yes, the copy I have is one of the leaked versions. Buying it Tuesday, so no biggie in my mind. So be it.

I'm out of town all weekend or I'd give more impressions. Best thing I can say is it's a Grand Theft Auto game to the core and it's fun.

Midnight release late monday/early tuesday at gamestop. They are apparently letting people in line and having contests and stuff starting at 6pm but i think i'll be going after school tuesday.

I'm in a small town so I don't think there will be a real big line. At the Halo 3 release there were only about 30 people or so.

I'll probably get up there around 10:30.

Finished Vice City; it was a nice expansion of the III world, but I thought they should have done more with the ending. After you do all of the property assets, there are pretty much two core missions left, neither of which results in much of a climactic ending. Still, I wasn't disappointed.

I guess I'll pick up San Andreas sometime, but sadly they aren't going to issue IV for the old XBOX and don't think it will translate well to Wii (I got COD III for Wii, and the driving and melee just plain suck.)
