I know what you're asking. The only way things could have changed, to my knowledge, is if Gruden had some sort of option in the agreement to get out of it free and clear even after signing it. I cannot imagine that the AD would have presented such an option at this stage, but it is hypothetically possible.

My amateur CSI work. Notice the same hair line around the ear, the same silver watch on his left arm, and the same black pullover. I'd say it's possible for this to be the same person........

Synopsis, Gruden was likely at Calhouns earlier today and Seattle late today.

There has to be another pic from today. The pics on the left and right are Gruden, no question about that. The problem is we only have one pic (your middle pic) that is supposedly from Calhoun's today. Not much to work with in that pic, but the hair does look similar.
