I don’t know what’s wrong with this team but they need to figure it out quick. Like tonight and come back tomorrow and win a damn ballgame!

I guess the reason it pisses me off so much is that for the last 4-5 years we could always count on the Basevols to be winners. Always in contention for a championship. When the football team let us down and the basketvols made their annual tournament exit we have had the Basevols. Now it’s questionable.

Yes. Wish them well, tell them that you are praying for them to have fun and be safe.

And that all of their girlfriends are back home screwing other guys.

All that matters is money. Petino and Brames both said it. Petino said no more blue bloods bc of NIL. Barnes said recruitment is easier bc it's a week long process that essentially ends with "what's your number." I know that's basketball but it's the same here. Now what he has to worry about is losing NIL money to other sports. It's why the everything school approach has to be looked at. Only so much money.

It's why Vandy is suddenly good. Not about history or facilities. Pay me

I think it’s a little different in baseball since the draft eligibility is different but there are similarities.

2 things that really worry me from spring camp.

1. Our interior Oline has been getting dominated by our DTackles. Transfer Gilliam dominated both scrimmages, and backup last year Nathan Robinson has also wrecked shop in the middle. Pendleton at Center and Sham Umarov at Guard got absolutely manhandled last year vs Bama, OK, Vandy, and in the bowl game. All of our losses they were crushing our Center and Guards at the point of attack as soon as the ball was snapped. By all accounts thats still happening this year vs our defense when DTackle was looking like our weakest link on defense. Thats scary.

2. The new kicker was said to be terrible yesterday. Missing kicks etc. We will lose a couple games we shouldn't just like last year if our kicker sucks again

Reverse that. The most dominant baseball teams lose 1/3 of their games (MLB) or 1/4 of their games (College). The most dominant basketball teams lose fewer than 10%.

Far easier to get knocked out in baseball.
