If I acquiesce because you're breaking the contract, do you find that to be different from Nico/Spyre?I guess I wasn't clear enough that the lease is not the part in question. The part in question was could I change jobs knowing I had an obligation to your lease. If it's not worth paying for two places or you don't want to amend the lease, I stay put and consider what might have been. Those are lessons learned about choices and obligations.

I think it's more likely than not.
Ya gotta start somewhere. Brings back fond memories of Dow Chemical letting me operate a JLG manlift in a VCM plant when I was 23. Luckily I gave them no reason to regret it.
This is not a prediction. This is a post on UT irony.
The most UT thing ever would be for Nico to win either a National Championship, a Heisman, or both at his new college.
what if nico pulls a George Costanza and just shows back up and pretends he never left?
AwesomeI have seen guys do things with our offroad forklifts that no human should be stupid enough to do... thankfully the big 10k machines we use have outriggers on the front though so they are much harder to flip. We used to own 6 older models, but sold them and now we rent these comfy bastards with heat/AC, windshield wipers etc. I always rent mine with long forks and a hook under the forks assembly so that I can use it like a crane to set roof trusses easier. You can set them with the forks...but with the quick closing hook similar to a carribeaner(sp?) We can use cables or straps and quickly hook and unhook. That way I dont have to rent a crane on some buildings and can just set trusses with the forklift. They run about $200k new. The JLG brand are the best...all the controls for the boom etc are on the same "stick".
