Official Gramps' Memorial Eternal OT Thread

Dude I’ve played Pine Oaks more than any course I’ve stepped foot on. They used to close the clubhouse at 6pm. Allowed walkers to play until dark. My wife was in Med School at the time so she was studying a lot. I bought a push cart and was out there 3 or 4 nights a week in the spring and summer. In June and July I could usually get 18 in with time to spare. I’ve never played better golf. That’s what it takes. You gotta be hitting shots on a regular basis.

A push cart? Bet you had iron covers too 🤣

Ahhh, old dudes complaining about the halftime show.

Music to my ears.
My only complaint is Wayne should have gotten the spot if he wanted it. I thought they did a good job choosing local musicians. If you are gonna choose a rap performer, he was the obvious choice.

No real complaints from me but I just couldn't hear/understand him over the music. I thought it was me mostly getting old by I was told its also his style a bit.

It wasn't great but I still love hearing heralds of rock and roll's most generic period complain about music.
