The general rule from back when I played sports was cold on joints and connective tissue and heat on muscle for blood flow. That’s superseded if the muscle has significant swelling then you go cold till that subsidesJust curious. I imagine you do cold for inflammation, but do you ever get into heat therapy for blood flow?

I’ve heard we expect this year to be ok but next year to be challenging on performance based pay. But remember this is the defense industry so we make a slug look like a cheetahOur company bonus we weren't expecting to be paid this year comes in today.
