Oh c'mon McDad, you're more intelligent than you let on
Now answer me this McDad. What happens when scientists (even Koch-funded climate skeptics) do find the same conclusion time and time again, and that conclusion is inconvenient to corporate interests and far right wing ideologues? Will the Christopher Bookers of the world ever stfu? Or will they just perpetuate their noise soup?
What happens is: those scientists meet wth an unfortunate accident. Maybe their brakes fail on a winding mountain road; maybe a construction crew accidentally drops a load of cynder bocks on them as they stroll along a city sidewalk; maybe they mistakenly step into a tub of wet concrete and remain motionless long enough for it to harden and then they're accidentally thrown overboard into the ocean.
I like my noise soup served warm. Right before my loud lunch.
It will not be an instantaneous transition. It will take a few decades. But to get there fast enough, we need to start getting serious about this yesterday.
And no, oil production will not stop entirely. It's useful for things other than burning, e.g. plastics
Thats heavy. Did I hit a nerve? Youre usually so jovialWhat happens is: those scientists meet wth an unfortunate accident. So, Mr. Realist, when are you gonna teach us about the FischerTropsch process already? You are completely out of touch with reality.
I sure hope so, but with their "rainy" season just ending I don't think this El Nino is expected to alleviate the drought much. Bad timing...El Nino will be 'substantial', warn Australian scientists
This would lead to an increase in water for California, no?
