The time is now ladies and gentlemen. There is no bigger game for the Lane Kiffin era than Saturday's epic showdown. Two first year SEC coaches will be squaring off to prove to their fans, the conference, and the country that they are the right man for their jobs.

This game will make or break our first season with our new regime. It will catapult us to a bowl game and another huge showdown with the Bulldogs, or it will send shockwaves of doubt across the entire state. This game could restore faith in our shaken QB or it could be the end all be all of an unlegendary run.

So this is my rally cry to you Vol fans across VOLNATION. If you are in attendance on Saturday don't second guess the Vols or get down if things turn ugly early because this is do or die time. Stand up on your feet EVERY defensive play and get absolutley ROWDY for our VOLS. Cheer every positive offensive play and give the Lineman and our backs the energy they will surely need in the fourth quarter. And if you can't make it to the game be sure to crack one extra one open and toss it back to help you get even more into this ever so important game! YOU WILL BE WITH US IN SPIRIT!

This might be the biggest game of the season. Mouthy vs Stoic. Who's staff is better? We will see.

I think EVERYONE is fired up for this one! Should be awesome to watch! Tennessee has certainly shown me that they are a better than perceived to be. I think you guys will bring your A game, and make us earn every yard.

How sad that students wouldn't want to fully experience their collegiate career by enjoing the student section during football season.

Seriously though.... how can anyone get fired up (realistically) for a game when CROMPTON is either directly or indirectly responsible for each point we score? MH, BB, EB, and our defense can only do so much. Sorry to bring this thread back to reality....
