Given the current state of the program and the brutal offseason I though it would be fun to see how much everyone is having to drink today. Myself I'm at a 6 pack and counting. How bout you?

You'll never make it!! The first six is sipping and the next 12 go down quick. I bet by 6 you will be passing out on the couch as the game starts!! Been there done that! How dry I am! Go vols!

None so far. I'll crack open a Rogue Dead Guy Ale to start the afternoon off a bit before kickoff. Red Hook ESB for the actual game.

It's UT-Martin - if you can't stand to watch this game, then you had better just go ahead and check yourself into rehab for December...you're going to need it.

I realize its not a huge game but its been a looooong offseason and I'm celebrating the season finally starting.

I understand celebrating the season starting...it just sounded like you were going for numb because we weren't going to be good this year. This is the only game we'll probably look decent - make sure you can remember it...it's all that will get you through the rest of the fall!! :)

Fan of west coast beers huh? Dead guy is one of my favs, and a trip (about 20 minute drive) to the redhook brewery is always a good time.

Very good point. We'll need to absorb the memories of this game to endure the season.

Try to keep your senses, VN. We may look like a football team tonight. Next week, start your preparations early. :hi:

Its all good. Point taken. I'm in GA and can't be at the game so were tailgating in the back yard. Got the smoker fired up and the cornhole underway. Good times. And make that 8.

Fan of a lot of beers :).

But, those two west coast beers are high on my list. I think that Red Hook is also brewed in Portsmouth, NH, which is a fairly short drive from here...not sure about that, though.

Wow - that was a quick one.

That setup sounds great...I could go for some beer and cornhole today.

Dead Guy, good choice.

I had a beer here in Denver I hadn't had before called "Snakebite" or something similar. It tasted like tang.

I like tang, and I like beer, but prefer the two experiences remain separate.

nice work rockytop_14....similar festivities up here in Indianapolis. Couldn't make it to knoxville...so the grill is lit...cornhole is set up....and the whisky is flowing. Whisky is going down good...as usual...but i'm not gonna try to keep up with that beer count you have going. Well. We'll see!

I'll most likely slow the pace down soon. Gotta save room for the JD once the game starts. Wait nevemind they just started beer pong...
