How about no coaches. They are responsible for nothing. You have to put the players in position to be successful. His play calling leaves alot to be desired. I can't believe you think the coaches get a free pass when a team loses. The guy in charge is not responsible for anything. The sales people who don't sell allow the sales manager and the owners to keep their job because they are the ones to blame. Don't blame the people in charge. A President once said "The buck stops here". That is leadership. Not blaming everyone else but yourself.
