Wow, almost two years and Dooley hasn't turned things around already?!?! He should be fired immediately and the 4th coach in 4 years should be brought in. Imagine all of the coaches who are practically beating UT's door down at this point! :eek:hmy:

I don't think he does. If he did, I have the feeling Wilcox would stay. I think that defense has played better through adversity. With cupboards depleted and guys like Janzen gone weeks before the season, our defense has been the bright spot since losing hunter, bray, etc. The offense hasn't adjusted. to their issues.

What I truly don't understand is how we could run so well against Alabama and not do jack against uSC

It's not the wins and losses it the way a team plays. We are just not well coached in the little things.

Well and the big things like play calling.

While I can understand your obvious interest on the subject, I can assure you that being this ****ty for this long can have a detramental effect on the psychi. I mean, we lost to you guys by 10 points...I thought we could only go up from there, but tonight says otherwise.

Get rid of Chaney good lord was i the only one in the planet that saw USC would have never seen play action right over the middle on the goal line (Manning's fav play) on 1st down after we pick off the pass!

Let's face it. This whole situation sucks. It's just how it is right now. I was excited when Dooley was hired because I felt he would instill discipline and character to the team - exactly what I think we needed at the time.

Now it's time for him to really prove himself. He has changed the character of this program, how many arrests in the past year? Now it's time for him to change the results on the field. I'm still in through next year, but when you have that many Juniors who return, 6-6 or 7-5 is simply not acceptable...

1) Where is another Nick Saban? 2) Even Nick Saban couldn't win with a young roster and losing his starting QB and #1 receiver. 3) Nick Saban would cringe at your conference schedule with your roster. Some fans are totally unrealistic concerning expectations, etc. As if there were a magic wand and all you had to do is waive it to get a Nick Saban to come in and change everything. If UT fires CDD after this season, it'll be another decade before you can expect to be competetive in the SEC East. With expectations like your's, you couldn't raise enough money to pay a top-level coach to come to UT.

Honestly, when opposing fans dont think we should turn on our coach, that usually indicates he isnt very good.

There is no fire from the coaches. I miss the days when a coach would get in somebodys face! This team needs a wake up call. I have been a Dooley fan up until today. This is horrible!
