Ho boy! This is life kids. Considering how unprepared these fellas were for a team that's at least talented and motivated enough to beat them if enough good fortune came their way, this game...good, bad and ugly...may prove to be the catalyst that'll propel team 120 into a winning mindset. Maybe now they'll dismiss all that hype bs and simply suck it up and move forward. Kudos to Appy State for wearing the big boys' pants tonight. Now 120. Make sure it doesn't happen again.

No doubt! I once saw us fail to stop a team from running the option when every high school team had it figured out 20 years previously with 2 All-Pro defensive Ends, an All-Pro linebacker, and a 10 year started at d-line.

Honestly, App state would beat Vandy, and South Carolina. I have no doubt about that. Haven't seen Kentucky yet, but I'll take App state over them and Mizzou. So I still think we have 6 automatic W's. Still, 7-5 aint gonna cut it.

I've always gotten morbid amusement out of coming on to this board after losses. I'm still having a good time tonight even though we won. I just want to give a shout out to all the fine folks that are putting on the show tonight. You guys are awesome. :hi:

I know I would want him to be let go but it just wouldn't happen this year unless we absolutely blew the season bad. This will be a very interesting season to watch.

Hell, we can go 9-3 but if one of those losses are to UF, then I'll still be calling for his ass to gtfo. Just being honest.

When other fan bases claim we have the dumbest fans, it's hard to argue otherwise. Here's a little knowledge for you OP. Tennessee has never lost 8 games in our history. It's like some of you never pay attention when other traditional powers win ugly.

We are 1 of 2 programs to never lose 8+ games in a season, and now that we have talent and a veteran team you think THIS is the year we do that. Good grief, Tennessee does not lose 8 games.

Wow. We actually won the game. Step away from the ledge. Yes. We should have dominated them but it's game one of a long season. Who cares if we drop a few spots in the polls. We will dominate the East this season.

I love when someone always says a team will be "lucky" to reach some already extremely low record. What's our record with normal luck, 2-10?
