have you gotten to the point that you can actually score goals on a consistent basis? i would probably enjoy the FIFA series alot more if it weren't for the fact that i get owned against the cpu in every match.:p

I'll likely get it as well, I really enjoyed '10, but it's too late in the game to get a legitimate copy.

I like the additions so far. The game was dying for some personality and tendencies to it. Playing against Ronaldo was the exact same as playing against any other winger. I'm really hoping for an Online Manager Mode. PES is pulling that out this year which is HUGE. They need to atleast address the many problems with Manager Mode from last year.

I dont score a whole lot right now playing with Mason and others in Club, but I am getting better. The thing I really like about FIFA is that my offline be a pro and my online be a pro are exactly the same and things I do offline help when I am online.

+1, that is a great feature, i think sports games are going to keep moving in that direction.

It won all the awards it did for a reason last year its great until i get ran over in the box dont get a PK and i burst everyone in my party ear drums.

Really? I mean, I play on the default difficulty, so I probably shouldn't even talk, but I'm scoring goals left and right, and I'm not even using my player.

i don't own the game but i've rented it. i was actually going to check it out again last night since i've been in a soccer mood lately because of the world cup.......but they didn't have it in.

Which should I purchase? Fifa 10 or the world south africa edition? I'm going to purchase one of the two.

FIFA 10. More people have it. It has better game modes. You also get the national teams and club teams.

From the World Cup edition of FIFA demo, I thought it felt a little smoother. But with that said, I know more people that have FIFA10 than the WC edition. I havent gotten to the point yet in FIFA10, but from what Mason told me, in your Be a Pro when it gets to the 4th year, they have the World Cup.

Alright - I have some online crap do tomorrow and the next day but I probably will still find time to play.

I've played fifa before - and played quite a few games on '10 with a friend - but most of my fifa experiences is pre-'08 stuff so hopefully I won't get walked over.

I can't time the lob shot over the goalie yet - my friend did it to me over and over and couldn't stop it.

That be a pro mode is way too easier though - I like nba 2k10s a ton better.. my guy scored 7 goals in his first game after being promoted to squad member.

I think the only reason he played was because he had that modded xbox. So the game was cheap.

And Bass, if you see me get on, just send me a message and we can play. I'll show you a little trick that will stop him from chipping you so much. :)
