He started out strong, and I thought he was in for a big year but he regressed, and then was very inconsistent. Had been pretty solid last ten games or so, but the Duke game in the ACCT, the first four game, and then Ole Miss was very indicative of his season on the whole.

Duke first half: not great

Duke second half: important in the near comeback

San Diego State: one of his best games of the year

Ole Miss: terrible first half, good in the second half

Every year I’m always surprised the amount of unsolicited hate Duke gets from Tennessee fans . I guess that’s on me at this point, but I don’t really get it. There’s never been a rivalry or any sort of situation where Duke and Tennessee have played tight games over the span of a few years like we have with Purdue.

What’s new? This is the only fan base that I’ve ever seen that consistently starts predicting that the refs are going to screw the Vols days before the game is even played. It’s ridiculous.
