So for the last 100 days, I'll be focusing on the current roster of players and getting them a bit of a spotlight each day. And that's regardless if they are a scholarship player or a walk on. If they are on the current roster, they get the recognition. I'm going to try to correspond the day with their jersey number, but being there are repeats and gaps, I've had to move some folks around. So you will see some days that don't match up.

The first ten days or so will have some double Vols posted in order to get them all in before the first game. And without further delay, here's the start of the "100 days, All Our Vols."

I'm not sure I understand why today wouldn't be 99 days until kickoff.

On August 31st a countdown should say "1 day until kickoff."

On this current countdown (which seems to be counting today), August 31st would say "2 days until kickoff"

I mean you can count yourself.

7 days left in this month
30 days in June
31 days in July
31 days in August

=99 days.

8 days left this month + 30 (June) + 31 (July) + 31 (August) = 100.

GrandVol has cut days off the countdown twice now, so anything is possible.

So you're including today in the countdown? I think that's where we are missing each other. I don't count today.

To me the question is "How many full days stand between today and gameday?" And that answer is 99.

If you didn't count 'today,' then when you got to August 31st, there would be 0 days. You know? I get what you're saying, but the countdown gets us to gameday as day 0.

I count today because it's not over yet.
