He's 43-21 in 4 seasons, 3 of the years he's made the playoffs and already taken a team to the Super Bowl. His "worst" season was 9-7. How would he "know" he can't win a championship?

And in comparison what in the hell would convince him he'd have a better chance here?

What? He is a very successful NFL head coach a couple of yrs removed from a Super Bowl appearance. He is loved by the LA community and would have his pick of any open NFL job if he was ever let go soon.

I don’t think many realize that many coaches select the NFL over college as there is more BS in college and the coaches don’t have to babysit their players.

As a lifelong Rams fan, McVay needs to stay in LA. It's a much better job. Especially at this time. Plus, I would rather see him in the sidelines with the Rams than the Vols.
