One of Tiffany's best friends brought us a bunch of homemade candy the other night, and a big baggie full of those sausage balls. They were so good.

I've made about 6 batches since Thanksgiving. It's so easy and they're so good. In my opinion you have to use Tennessee Pride sausage and use a block of extra sharp cheddar and shred it yourself. And use 12oz instead of 8 so they have a Frico base.

I watched the 94 version several weeks ago. After Frosty last night I wanted to watch 34th Street but since I'd just seen it I thought I'd watch the original. I haven't seen it in maybe 20 years. It had some moments, but overall the 94 version is way better.

I loved me some Elizabeth Perkins back in the day.

My mom used to make a desert called chocolate delight. I made it last week from memory then someone sent me a recipe from the Internet. Lol.

Today I'm making it my way which instead of Philadelphia cream cheese I'm using 1/2 mascrapone and 1/2 ricotta. I made homemade pudding instead of instant. It taste like chocolate fudge pie filling. Lawdz I'm gone be sick.

My favorite food item that I relate directly to Christmas is sausage cheese balls. I've had about 15 this morning. Total consumed this season is approximately 80.

All three grown kids in town for Christmas! We visited my mom yesterday and went to Sunday morning service and last night’s Christmas Eve service.

This morning my son tested positive for Covid.

Yes we used to go to church there when kids were younger. Usually go there just for Christmas service now.
