Hardesty has our biggest play of the night by far. Him breaking a tackle and catching the defense backpedaling was about as likely as Crompton being able to find an open man against 7-8 DBs.

Your crazy...a play here and there and we are right in it...the face mask penalty on the 3rd down sack and the last play of the half hurt, more so than anything is the 6 that Moore dropped.

And? It was a screen pass. That's the other go-to call on third and long. Kiffin regularly gets ripped for that call, too.

Kiffin is running plays like Majors used to run...He's not being aggressive on 3rd down plays...Running on 3rd and 15 is downright ignorant...Got to at least play to win the game and he's not doing that.

3rd and 24 and we have people complaining about running the ball.....absolutely incredible knowledge of the game folks....I guess Lane should have run a flea flicker,huh????

not necessarily a flea flicker. but how about a bootleg? how about a slant? how about a screen? heck, i'd rather see a hail mary than to run it on 3rd & 24 in the fourth quarter of a game we're trailing by two scores.

Lane's offense depends on balance, the threat of both. 3rd and 24, their isn't much of a threat of a run.
