Tennessee’s coordinators agreed Tuesday that the Volunteers were ready to go for Thursday’s Chick-Fil-A Bowl game against Virginia Tech.Coach Lane Kiffin? Not so much.

Offensive coordinator Jim Chaney and defensive coordinator Monte Kiffin saw things differently and said as much during the Volunteers’ bowl news conference. Both believe the players are focused, and the game-planning and repetition that started Dec. 4 have reached their saturation point.

My dad (KPTVol72) is staying at the team hotel and rode the Elevator with Hardesty last night. He asked him if he was ready to have a big game and Hardesty said "Yes sir, more than ready!!!!!"

I LOVE IT!!!:rock::rock::dance2::clapping::good!::dance:

I am going crazy thinking about it!

VT is good, but we are too.

UT must focus and execute on offense, and play with violence of action on defense, and this game will be too easy.

This is how bowling should be. Great match up. Precipitous intangibles. Computer ranking irrelevant. Haven't been as excited about a game in years.

Does anyone know if there will be a Vol radio broadcast today. I'll have to admit I'm not as much into it as I was in the John Ward days, but I was just wondering because Kesling is calling the Lady Vols B.B. game on Sportsouth right now. Unless he jukes out and has a plane waiting it's gonna be tight to get to "Hotlanta" and get setup for the radio. I'm pumped and ready myself, just wondering if anyone knew about that. Go Vols and lets end this year on a helluva note with a Big Orange Crush of the Hokies.........

Well, I just did it. I just called my bookie and bet the farm, wife, kids, dog, favorite handgun, lifetime subscription to Field & Stream and my pickup on the Vols. So, needless to say, we ain't gonna lose. Go Big Orange...........Commish............

I have taken one for the team by placing $10 on VT.

With my luck at gambling, this will seal the victory for TN! :rock::rock:

Tommorow, after our win, it would be nice if every member of VN would send me a $10 bill, just as a gesture of thanks for my sacrifice. :)

I will also accept checks and money orders. :naughty:
