One game at a time. Tonight was huge. But still razor thin margin of error. Gotta finish this with a win over AU. And I'd like to see 2 wins In SECT but at least got to get 1 to feel like we have a shot.

I’ve said this week the only way we make the dance was to win tonight, Saturday and then also make it to the finals of the SEC. I just don’t give us much chance of making it BUT

I have noticed Barnes really talking about Tuner more and more lately. I wonder if he’s doing that by design to “speak” to the committee. I guess there is a chance they might give us a pass for not playing well until the end. It’s worth talking about it anyway

Justifiably so, but UK was ripe for an upset, to be honest. They wrapped up the SEC just ahead of playing us, were likely looking toward the finale against Florida, and we were desperate. I still doubted our mental toughness, but we fought harder than we have since @Vandy last season.

If we beat Auburn somehow we'll be one of the hottest teams in the country going into the conference tournaments. I think we sneak in with 19 wins and I think the committee will take into account losing Turner. Tonight's win was the 1st of 3 play in games I feel. If we somehow get to 20 wins we may get a single digit seed.

I swear if they make it in over us it’s ridiculous. They are 16-14 and have not played a super crazy schedule, so I just don’t see how they’re preferred over us at 17-13. Win Saturday and idk how they can keep us out with 1-2 wins in the SEC tournament. I know you don’t think that’s possible, but 19-14 or 20-14 with wins over #6 Kentucky on the road, #17 Auburn at home, Florida at home, Alabama on the road, and a good VCU team is a solid resume IMO. You also pointed out the Lamonte thing. There’s something to be said about having to retool your team mid season and beating teams like Kentucky. Gotta win Saturday and probably one more after, but I think that’ll get us in.

I want to believe but I just think too many of these bubble teams have won too much lately. Texas and Purdue tonight are problematic

But winning tonight is huge and gets us in the conversation anyway

If anything I think it will give us enough confidence to go into the tournament and win 2 or 3. Either way it's a miracle this bunch is doing what they are I feel. Very encouraging going into next season.

Tonight made this season for me either way. I love watching teams struggle and overcome adversity. I guess I am just plain strange but I find joy seeing teams overcome circumstances that aren’t ideal.
Next year is for sure encouraging but I am
Going to enjoy this team as long as we can

Tonight was huge. I’m going to relish this win regardless of how the season ends. There is nothing better than betting the kitty cats. However, this team has been consistently inconsistent so I’m not sure what this win really means moving forward. It would not surprise me at all to see us lay a huge egg Saturday and get stomped Auburn. It also wouldn’t surprise me to see a victory. The only thing certain is this game is a MUST win for even an outside shot at a bid.

Make it or head to the NIT either way Coach Barnes has done a decent job with a team that right now looks to have 2 SEC players in the rotation

A lot saying we are safely on the bubble now.

I don't think so. I'd put us in the group after the "Next Four Out."

If we beat Auburn we sneak into the "First Four out" category.

2 wins and a loss would be very interesting.

3 wins and I think we are in.
