Alright i am through the first 3 missions. I am finding this game kinda easy so far. Does it get harder??

All the achievements seem like they should be easy to get also.

It gets harder. The guards get smarter and more aware. I'm not sure how much more, I'm on the 5th mission and it is still fairly easy.

As far as the achievements, I agree. Except on the flags. It is extremely easy to miss one, even with a map. The link Chad posted is the best one I've ever seen.

Went to get my wife a B-day present and accidentally picked this game up for me as well :eek:lol:I'll prolly try it out later today or tomm.:whistling:

I've only played about 30-45 minutes, but the beginning part didn't exactly thrill me. Too much crap going on. I'm guessing once you finish all that it gets better, but jumping around in time, the people, the machine, etc. just wasn't fun.

The transitions between "memory blocks" are annoying. The present day guy (forgot his name) doesn't move fast enough. Then once you get into the next block, it takes Al-Mualim forever to explain why you should kill your next targets, then you have to run all the way through Musyaf to get to a horse and ride out to the kingdom. Thank GOD after the first block it will automatically take you to a city of your choosing instead of having to ride there.

All that said, I loved the game. Gameplay is very different, and it definitely offers a full free-roam experience. I only have two achievements left, THAT is how much I enjoyed the game.

Any tips I need to know before I start it remus?

If you really want the achievements you have 2 options... 1) Enjoy the game for the first run and ignore flags and templars. Then go back and play it again methodically using a map. 2) Play the first time methodically using a map.

There are so many flags and templars, using an online map is the only way to go to get them all... I was methodical about it and still had to go back and recheck for the King Richard flags and Templars.

Also, when in combat, I find the easiest way to fight is using the counter move. You hold the right trigger to block, and as the opponent attacks you hit X. Instant kill.

Once you get throwing knives and Reach High points have lots of archers around them, be sure to kill the archers in the area. They can cause major problems when doing sub missions as well as just getting the Reach High...

Thanks...yeah I went through slowly with COD 4 to get all the intel items but think I'll just go through and enjoy this one..if I miss flags I'll just go back.

 I'm doing the opposite. With COD4 I'm playing on Normal just having fun, then when I go to do it on Veteran I'll be sure to get all the intel. :good!:

There are a couple tricky locations for the intel that I'd hate to have to get to on Veteran..just a suggestion bro. I started back through on Veteran and got side tracked :) just too many damn games to play :eek:lol:

Picked this up yesterday- I'm very impressed so far!
