What gets me is people believe his garbage. He said was going to cut the budget deficit by half. He was going to enact programs to reduce the debt.

And instead we're like 6 trillion more in debt.

So the latest count was that 7k people that didn't have tickets earlier today magically got "re-invited" to the convention tonight. I guess Slick Willy was the real draw at the Demoparty this year.

I posted earlier that Kerry should have never said anything about Sarah.
I think he was out of line.


She has to be a fairly intelligent woman but she has a bad habit of sticking foot in mouth in a way that make her look like a complete idiot. This was one of those times.

Do you think it was moronic that the GOP ignored her at their convention?

Do you think that pissed off the Tea Party ?

She has had a lot of clout within the party.
I don't think it was smart of them to ignore her.

She has that gift to fire up a crowd and get people excited.

I think there's a huge difference between ignoring her and taking potshots at her. Plus, she's a terrible surrogate in a general election.
