worries me to the extent that i know were losing am entire oline that is very good. yes theyve underachieved...buf, some of that has to be a new system. someone said the other day that lack of pass blocking wrs really hurts our run game. not sure if thats accurate or not?
It is obvious....and not hard to see that these kids were dumbed down by Dooley's style of coaching winning....or lack there of. So they never learned how to give extra effort and fight IMHO....they just learned to go through the motions.I enjoyed the article. My concern is when the NFL scouts watch the tape. They have the measurables, but for some reason they just don't play up to their potential or they aren't coached up to their potential.
Granted, it is a different type of offense, but I wonder how these boys would be if Sam Pittman were still here coaching. I though he was the best coach we lost last year.
Tiny should stay for another year of S&C and coaching before making the leap. I see his draft stock slipping as far as 3rd round or more since the SC game. Next year he would be a top 5.
Besides, Tiny, Jackson and Wiesman would be a nice start for the O-line.
Thanks. Best OLine ever at UT? Hmmm,....not so fast my friend! Anyone else not overly worried about these guys passing the baton at the end of the season?
