Our bank recently sold put, and the transition caused lots of issues. My wife paid our garbage bill, and they took it out 7 times. $420 for 3 months, but finally fixed it. Friend of mine paid his property taxes with his card, they took it out twice. Same day they cashed a check for him, and gave him $300 too much. He calked to tell them about both mistakes. They said it would take a week to fix the double tax thing, then said they were putting a hold on his account until he gave their $300. They got him for an extra thousand, but was in no hurry to fix. But they held his account for their $300.
