Ima try going in through the laptop to the TV, although I will probably lose my mind and run screaming down the street.

We have a Roku on the upstairs TV, but at some point I read that SEC+/ESPN+ is not available through Roku. Off to try logging in through the laptop-connected TV downstairs.

Truly ridiculous to have to go through such gyrations.
I have a Roku TV.
Install the ESPN App, and log in.
That's what I am doing.
Edit: ESPN is in the "Streaming Channels" on the menu when I start the TV. Just install and login.

I am streaming through an app on a roku.

Seems like not so long ago, I would just go camp at a sports bar for a few hours to watch these sorts of games. Guess it was longer ago than it feels like.

Watching on my phone. Have done it before and it’s better than most people would think that it’s too small

I’ve watched a few games on my phone including the Texas A&M overtime game. We were wine tasting in Santa Barbara, cost me 40 bucks in extra data.

Are you able to view the + versions without paying?
