I know we are limited but how many OVs do we have left to use??


What commitments haven't OVed??



Who is scheduled to OV???


I think the answers to these questions are going to tell us a number of OVs will be canceled

It seems like the majority of our commits haven't OV'd. I know the following have (not including EE): Hendrix, Bates, Mosley, Medley, Weatherd. Not sure who else.

NCAA allows schools 56 per recruiting cycle.
By my count, Tennessee used 36 official visits during the 2013 football season and the month of December leaving them with 20 remaining official visits to give. Of the 19 remaining committed prospects 6 have already taken their official visit to Tennessee (Aaron Medley, Joe Henderson, Cortez McDowell, Dillon Bates, Charles Mosley, Chris Wetherd). That means 13 commitments still have to take their official visits to Tennessee. So those visits are effectively spoken for. That leaves Tennessee with 7 official visits to play with.

I know I thought the reason for some of the committed players not OVing was so they could blue shirt. That likely is wrong with our limited OVs.

I saw in another thread we might only have 7 left.

Is that correct?

If so many committed kids aren't going to OV

We have 7 OVs and Scott, Garret, sawer, and Evans are the only ones that really need to take an OV

Robertson should be added unless he will be a blue shirt.

Scarborough, Mackenzie, and williams are all guys we are trying to get to visit.

What about smith(both)??

it seems to me that the kids that are visiting on the 24th are higher on the board than the kids visiting on the 31st

Agreed.

I thought the OV limits would show those visits might be canceled but looks like we have enough visits for that not to be necessary

just caught a whiff of bullpoo

x's info is always off target and behind the curve.

id trust larry and orangeblur before that. hubbs and fortenberry have proven their merit.

Looks like the coaches have all the takes in the bag or close.
Seems like some OV being offered, are to get UT buzzing.
Like offering players @ high talent schools OV to get them talking about how great it really is. Even if they don't come to UT, its free advertisement.
Our facilities are the best in the country right now, and kids will talk about that.
That will help build the relationships with those HS, and kids for the future.
Smart move. Most everyone we have is solid, why burn the OV.
CBJ gets it. I think its a great way to proceed with where we are now.

My bad, on a post spree.
Didn't mean to post so much babble with that.
Only 4 players left to lock down and many OV left.
Coaches are sending OV invites to 3 star kids that we are loaded at their position.
Ambassador move IMO.
